Willmotts Transport part of Stotts Group, are one of the leading independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West. They provide logistics solutions for a wide range of companies and products, including many retail and food and drinks industries, all backed up by over a century of experience.

Willmotts conducted a comprehensive evaluation of their managed print services. Many of the current devices were starting to cause reliability issues and there was a focus to eliminate any unrequired amount spent on printing. The transport company expressed they were looking for a provider they could put confidence in and work with long term.

Following Willmotts review of the market Enhanced were chosen as the new print partner. A fleet of Toshiba devices were implemented gradually over an agreed period, to coincide with the removal of any expiring hardware. Our recommendation to create new print policies has helped Willmotts eliminate unwanted wastage and there has been a significant 40% reduction in print expenditure since working with Enhanced, as well as Willmotts noticing improved service response times.

Sustainability is a key focus area for both Willmotts and Enhanced and each of the multifunctional devices were carbon neutral upon delivery. Toshiba’s Carbon Zero Scheme calculates and offsets the total footprint of each device from manufacturing, parts and transportation.
